The inside is pretty cool if you like to swim or play racquetball, but I'd say that the outside is probably the best. The people on the track/trail are always nice and friendly, following the unspoken rules of the track most of the time.

I must say, their weight room is lacking in general. If you ask me, this place was built for all the old people who populate the nearby subdivision. You'd do better getting a gym membership to get any major gains.
