Lowe's Home Improvement at 200 Highway 332 East, Lake Jackson, Texas.

I asked for help 6 times with finding a specific plant yesterday. The cashier looked it up and said they had it..but ahe said she couldn't leave the front. She told me it was in bay 3 ..but did not know where bay 3 was. I tried to find other helpers..and saw a lady comming down one of the isles..and asked her ma'am could you...and that's all I got out before she looked at me and waved me off...and literally ran away from me. Spent a whole hour wandering around and getting a sunburn trying to find this specific plant
I asked if the cashier could call somebody..but she said no because there is nobody to call. I suggest you hire some more people for the garden section... next damn time I'll just go to home depot...or order from amazon. This particular lowes location sucks at customer service.
