Windshield Repair at 113 Oyster Creek Drive ste d, Lake Jackson, Texas.

When I arrived I was asked if I needed help so I told the gentleman I had spoke to someone about having my windshield repaired and he said well you didn't speak to me I said I don't know who I spoke too and again he said it wasn't me so I said okay, so he proceeds to look at my windshield and says what insurance I said I'm not going to file it on insurance and he said 60$ cash I said fine and went and sat down on the bench in front of the building right next to my truck and waited and waited and waited all the while the guy was in his litrle corner texting on his phone so I got up went inside and the guy inside was talking to someone about a bird, didn't even say I'll be right with you or even acknowledge I was even there so I walk out and the guy outside was still in his little corner on his phone texting so I get in my truck and leave...I hope that conversation on your phone and about a bird was worth loosing 60$...AFTER READING THE OWNERS RESPONSE I HAVE TO SAY IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE IT MUST BE NICE TO STROLL THROUGH LIFE BLAMING CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
